At Handsome Hounds we carry out a range of grooming services to various animals. Our main services include dogs, cats and other small animals.

We carry out all of our grooming in line with the breed standard, unless you specify otherwise. Therefore, you can trust Handsome Hounds for a high quality finish.

General health checks

We specialise in grooming dogs, cats and guinea pigs, but we also give advice and perform general heath checks on all animals. So no matter what type of pet you have, we can help. We are also able to carry out anal gland emptying, on request.

Brush outs

Designed to be used in between full grooms, or for those wanting to leave their dogs’ coats longer.

This manages longer coats and is simply giving their coats a quick brush, to get rid of any loose hairs and prevent matting.

This is priced on an hourly basis from one hour.

Puppy groom

Small and discounted sessions for young dogs, to introduce them to the grooming environment.

Flea treatment and prevention

Much the same as the full grooming service, but with use of Frontline flea treatment and an insect repellent shampoo.
